Patient Financial Navigator

Northside Hospital

Northside Hospital seeks a detail‑oriented billing/collections professional to manage payments for patient accounts during pre‑admission and inpatient stages. You will liaise with Admitting and the Business Office as well as patients and families to secure timely settlements. The role requires strong communication, basic math, and knowledge of medical terminology, with proficiency in typing 30 wpm or more.
