Senior Operator (Full-time) - Day Shift

Position Summary As a Senior Operator, you’ll help power the world’s most loved brands — delivering quality, care, and consistency in every product we make. You’ll take the lead in more complex manufacturing tasks, ensuring equipment runs safely and efficiently while collaborating across teams. Shift / Schedule This role operates on the 1st shift, with a schedule of Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM. Onboarding Schedule Structured 4–5 day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week. Responsibilities Set up, clean, operate, and maintain equipment and machinery Monitor and control process parameters to meet safety and quality standards Perform in-process checks and quality inspections Accurately scale and measure ingredients Complete data entry using paper forms, computers, or tablets Collaborate across departments to meet production goals Follow safety rules, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines Perform other duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or factory setting preferred Able to read, write, and understand English Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift Must have basic proficiency of English language to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies and procedures Skills Understanding of basic manufacturing equipment and inventory processes Comfortable using computers, tablets, and other digital tools Basic math skills and mechanical understanding Team-oriented and dependable Strong attention to detail Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens Flexible to work overtime based on business needs Equal Employment Opportunity & Accommodations The Nestlé Companies are equal employment opportunity employers.
