**Required Experience and Skills:** - 1 year experience in ER **Certifications Required:** - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - BLS (Basic Life Support) - PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) **Licensure:** - Iowa State License **Other Requirements:** - Driver’s License - Work history/resume - Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date) - License verification - References (1 supervisory reference required at time of submission) - Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility (except Madison where they accept local with a 10% rate reduction) **Facility Locations:** - Madison, Sioux City, Bettendorf, and Fort Dodge (Level 3 trauma centers) - Moline (Level 2 trauma center) - Muscatine (Level 4 trauma center) - Rock Island (Level 1 trauma center)
