Job Overview:

Pay Range: $25/hr - $26.50/hr

Requirement/Must Have:

High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or an Associate's Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
Ability to obtain a secret clearance which requires US Citizenship.

Responsibilities:

Performs a variety of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly operations on mechanical/electrical assemblies, sub-assemblies, or end products.
Able to follow verbal and written instruction maintaining a focus on quality.
Follows an engineering assembly process, but may require the ability to adjust, fit, or align parts.
Uses hand tools such as long nose pliers, screwdrivers, soldering irons, and wrenches.
Maintains consistent quality and productivity levels.
Uses Microsoft Office programs.
Maintains a neat and clean work area.
Identifies problems and contributes to process improvements.
Performs some hand soldering on electronic assemblies.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, flexible production environment.
Works as part of a team and collaborates to accomplish tasks.
Traverses across the production floor for the duration of their shift.
Able to transport up to 30 lbs.
Able to read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings and Bills of Material.

Nice to Have:

Electrical background at the component level.
Capable of identifying problems and contributing to process improvements through the L3Harris E3 continuous improvement process.
Familiarity with J-STD-001 and IPC-610.
Mechanical or electrical assembly experience including soldering.
