Location: Rahway, New Jersey
Salary: Up to $37 per hour

Job Description:
Adroit Care Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Rahway, NJ. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to our residents by implementing individualized care plans, administering medications, and performing medical procedures. You will work closely with a supportive team to ensure the highest quality of care is provided to those we serve.

Responsibilities:

• Order necessary medications, supplies, and equipment

• Implement individualized care plans based on resident needs

• Perform wound care, treatments, and medical procedures

• Maintain accurate records of observations, interventions, and evaluations

• Ensure confidentiality and uphold HIPAA policies

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in the State of New Jersey

• Preferred experience in Skilled Nursing
