Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Nurse is needed at a healthcare facility in Charleston, South Carolina. This position involves providing high-quality nursing care for obstetric patients, applying professional nursing standards, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe and effective care. The role requires a dedicated professional capable of supporting patients through labor, delivery, and postpartum, adhering to established protocols.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting 08/24/2026.
• Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina or in a Nursings Behavioral Competency NCSBN- recognized state; Associates degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma (required), Bachelors of Science in Nursing (preferred); BLS (AHA) certification (required); Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (required); valid license and ability to circulate in an Operating Room required; ability to scrub in an Operating Room is preferred.
• Additional Information: The candidate must be willing to work on weekends and holidays, with the ability to function efficiently in surgical and labor environments. Practicing at the highest scope of the Labor Nurse practice is essential. The assignment duration is eight weeks.
