Java Full stack with AI C2C contract at New York City (New York)

Job Title: Java FSD Developer with AI. Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid). Expr level 10+ years.

Pls Note: COI: 5MM COI (Certificate of Insurance) is required from candidates employer (who is running his payroll).

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with hands on experience in Artificial Intelligence AI and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications across the full technology stack while integrating AI powered capabilities using modern frameworks, cloud platforms, and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable web applications using Java Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs
• Build responsive user interfaces using React.js, Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Develop and integrate AI-powered solutions leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, or similar platforms
• Implement AI use cases such as chatbots, intelligent search, document summarization, recommendation engines, and workflow automation
• Design and optimize backend services, messaging systems, and event‑driven architectures using Kafka and related technologies
• Create secure and scalable cloud‑native applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA teams, and Business stakeholders in Agile environments
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and deployment processes
• Ensure application security, performance, reliability, and operational excellence
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and mentoring of junior developers
