Digital Product Manager

Support the existing digital product roadmap and advance critical priorities for 2027.

Key Responsibilities

• Support product roadmap execution and delivery of priority initiatives.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog using agile methodologies.
• Evaluate the business value of platform capabilities and features.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities and manage competing stakeholder needs.
• Coordinate testing efforts and drive quality assurance across cross-functional teams.
• Interpret test data and use analytics tools to measure performance and inform product decisions.
• Communicate product priorities, progress, and insights to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in product development, content platforms, or digital optimization.
• Strong understanding of agile methodology and backlog management.
• Understanding of the business value associated with platform capabilities and features.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar content management system (CMS) platforms.
• Experience coordinating testing efforts and driving cross-functional quality assurance.
• Proficiency in interpreting test data and using analytics tools to measure performance and inform decisions.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively manage competing stakeholder needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Agile certification.
