We are currently seeking a Receptionist/Business Process Assistant to join the Adell, WI team.

Pay: From $18.00-20.00 USD per hour based on experience

Shift: 7am-4pm or 8am-4:30pm

The Receptionist/Business Process Assistant will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. They will provide exceptional customer service, manage incoming calls, and administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations for the team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person. Screen calls and take messages as necessary. Greeting and directing all visitors. Notify employees when their visitor arrives; take messages or information as necessary.
• Maintain GMP and Visitor Log documentation.
• Perform general administrative responsibilities as needed including miscellaneous filing, distributing packages, mail, and coordinating office machine maintenance.
• Maintain Office Supply Inventory
• Maintain office area and break room area appearance daily along with maintaining and sanitizing PPE for visitors
• Process change orders from customers and communicate with appropriate departments.
• Coordinate the printing of all labels for all customer orders, including special label requests from customers.
• Take personal responsibility to engage in plant and food safety practices to prevent hazards that cause foodborne illness or injury and provide a clean, safe work environment and quality products.

Qualifications:

• Previous office experience
• Detail Oriented
• Self-Starter
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Preferred: Inventory Control, Warehousing and ERP Systems Experience.
