• Work with server hardware, data center
• Database design and monitoring
• Database clustering and optimization
• Periodical database backups

Requirements

• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Good knowledge in database design, SQL, SQL Clusters and optimization
• Practical experience of system administration Linux/ Unix
• Experience in working with Data Warehouse
• Good performance tuning experience
• Problem solving skills, resourcefulness and attention to detail
• Good communication skills in English (written, oral)
• We appreciate geek-skills as much as social skills
• We seek talent more than proficiency
