- # Enrollment CounselorApplylocations: Boca Ratontime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdaytime left to apply: End Date: July 15, 2026 (13 days left to apply)job requisition id: REQ22356**Apply now to join FAU on its race to excellence.****For more information on everything FAU has to offer, please visit Current FAU employees must apply as an internal applicant by logging into their existing Workday employee account.****Position Summary:**Florida Atlantic University is seeking an Enrollment Counselor. - Boca Raton, FL.This position plays a vital role in providing a positive first impression of FAU as families enter the lobby of the Office of Admissions and support in-person customer service and recruitment efforts.Summary of responsibilities:* Troubleshoot and support the recruitment, onboarding, and enrollment of new students.* Counsel and advise prospective students, applicants, and family members about admissions requirements, application status, and other opportunities at Florida Atlantic University.* Partner and collaborate with staff and faculty in Student Affairs, Academic Affairs, and Enrollment Management & Student Success for recruitment, onboarding, and enrollment of new students.* Communicate with students in one-on-one and small group sessions* Support all on-campus recruitment events, including Open Houses and other divisional events. Regularly communicate with potential students and leverage a variety of different communication sources and strategies.* Manage multiple simultaneous priorities while continuing to provide great service and accurate information.* Provide guidance to first-generation, prospective, and current students on policies and procedures.******FAU Benefits and Perks**If Benefits & Perks are important to you, then FAU is the place to be! Must have excellent verbal and communication skills.**Salary:**$50,000 annually.
