Compensation Details Hourly: $22.14 – $24.60. Exempt: Commission potential from $0.50 to $10.00 per Membership sold, and $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass sold. Paid bi‑weekly unless state law requires otherwise. Non‑Exempt: Commission potential from $2.00 to $8.00 per Membership sold, and $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass sold. Paid bi‑weekly unless state law requires otherwise. Job Description As a Senior Assistant Manager, you will help manage the restaurant, set expectations, and ensure guests experience "incredible" service every visit. You’ll provide employees with the resources, training, and motivation needed so that every guest leaves happy. Job Responsibilities Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling and support, upholding product quality, cleanliness, and other company standards. Build sales and maximize profits by effectively recruiting, training, developing, and communicating company and guest expectations to the entire team. Coach, teach, and motivate the team to maintain high‑quality guest service and safety. Exercise sound business judgment in cost control, financial accounting, inventory management, and labor management. Required Skills Coaching and developing others. Demonstrated ethics and integrity. Minimum Qualifications 21 years of age or older (RVP approval may allow hiring at the age permitted by local law for specific duties). High‑school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred. Minimum of two (2) years of prior management experience—preferably in food service—or proven track record as a CEC Assistant Manager. Essential Job Functions And Work Environment Ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0–50 pounds during the scheduled shift. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during the shift. Work environment includes flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noise; exposure to non‑weather‑related wet, humid, extreme heat, and extreme cold conditions.
