Putt. Rock! Job Description Responsible for the flow of service from the kitchen to ensure all guests receive their preferences in both food and beverages. Works with professionalism and knowledge of basic food offerings and menu content. Keep the restaurant properly cleaned and set up to meet resident expectations. Demonstrate a sense of urgency and focus on the customer. Ability to accurately enter food and beverage orders into POS, track and claim tips and assist in reporting at the end of the shift. Practices open communication with management and the team to ensure process improvement and service excellence. Demonstrates a commitment to the company culture and mission.
