Nurse Educator

Skyview Rehab and Nursing is a 97 bed SNF, a team-oriented facility, is seeking an RN for their Nurse Educator position who is an energetic and is passionate about education. This position is responsible for the education of all employees. Job Responsibilities: Develop and conducts orientation sessions for all new nursing/general employees. Maintains training programs for the nursing department and works with the nursing leadership team to identify areas of need or interest for presentations. Plan, schedule and post monthly calendar of education programs Participates in Quality Improvement Initiatives and Meetings Monday through Friday, with a flexible schedule/hours in management role.
