Financial Analyst

Vaco has partnered with a rapidly growing local company. As a result, they are seeking an experienced Sr. Financial Analyst with strong eCommerce finance, inventory, COGS, and logistics expertise.

Job Title: Interim Sr. Financial Analyst

Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Onsite 4 Days/Week, Remote Thursdays)

Pay Rate: $50/hr

Project Duration: approx. 2-3+ months(Contract-to-Hire Potential)

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities Include:

• Partner directly with the executive leadership to support strategic business decisions
• Analyze company performance, profitability, growth initiatives, and key operating metrics
• Manage and report on inventory, COGS, customer lifetime value (LTV), and third-party logistics costs
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting using various systems
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives during a period of rapid growth

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of Financial Analysis, FP&A, or related finance experience
• Required experience within eCommerce, DTC,or online retail environments
• Strong understanding of inventory, COGS, LTV metrics, and third-party logistics
• Demonstrated success operating in fast-paced, high-growth organizations while partnering with executive leadership
