Mid-Level Real Estate Associate

Overview ReedSmith is seeking a Mid‑Level Associate to join the Real Estate Group in our Washington, D.C. or Tysons office. Candidates should have 2‑4 years of experience, with large law firm experience preferred but boutique firm real estate experience considered. Responsibilities Successful candidates will focus on acquisitions and dispositions, real‑estate development, joint venture and private equity transactions, and related matters. They will also be expected to manage small‑to‑mid sized matters or portions of large matters and provide client communication and research support. Qualifications 2‑4 years of relevant experience in a large or boutique law firm Strong oral and written research skills Excellent client communication abilities Ability to manage small‑to‑mid sized matters or portions of large matters efficiently Familiarity with real‑estate financing and hospitality is a plus Compensation and Benefits Salary: $260,000 – $365,000 (anticipated low and high ends; actual pay may vary based on location and experience).
