Benefits Training & development Free uniforms Opportunity for advancement Position Overview VETS Junk Removal + Dumpsters is seeking a reliable and hardworking Junk Removal Crew Member / Driver to join our team. This position plays a dual role as both a driver and hands‑on crew member, responsible for safely operating company trucks and dump trailers while also assisting with junk removal, debris hauling, and site cleanups. The ideal candidate is safety‑focused, physically capable, and dependable, with a strong work ethic and a team‑first mindset. Key Responsibilities Driving & Equipment Operation Safely operate company trucks and dump trailers to and from job sites Load, transport, and unload junk, trash, and debris Perform basic vehicle and trailer inspections before and after shifts Follow all DOT, traffic, and company safety regulations Maintain a clean driving record and report any incidents immediately Junk Removal & Crew Work Remove junk, trash, furniture, appliances, construction debris, and other materials from residential and commercial sites Lift, carry, and load heavy items (often 50–100+ lbs) Work efficiently as part of a crew to complete jobs on time Maintain job site cleanliness and professionalism Interact respectfully with customers when needed Qualifications & Requirements Valid driver’s license Driving experience with trucks and trailers preferred Clean driving record preferred Ability to safely tow and maneuver a dump trailer (or willingness to learn) Physically able to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment Preferred (But Not Required) Experience in junk removal, moving, construction, landscaping, or demolition Prior experience driving trucks with trailers Military or veteran background (a plus, but not required) What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Steady work with growth opportunities Supportive, team-oriented work environment On-the-job training for the right candidate #J-18808-Ljbffr VETERANS EASY TRASH SERVICE LLC
