Cheeseman Transport is hiring CDL A Dedicated Local Flatbed Drivers in Goodyear, AZ . Drivers will be locally delivering forklifts, tow motors and their parts on flatbed trailers. Cheeseman Transport is a leading provider of transportation and supply chain solutions that was founded in 1946 growing from a single truck to a fleet of over 325 tractors and 1000 trailers with multiple service centers. Compensation

Hourly pay rate: $34- $38
Average hours weekly: 40
- Potential forovertime hours
Bonuses:
- Referral bonus: $5,000

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

Home Time: Home daily
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Shift: Starting around 7 - 7:30am
Route: Dedicated routes deliveringwithin a 250 mile radius of Goodyear, AZ
Level of Touch: Loading & unloading freight, must secure freight
- Includes strapping, chaining, and possibly tarping

Equipment

Newer model Kenworth, Peterbilt, and Freightliner trucks
Automatic transmission
Governed speed: 68mph
ELD equipped using Samsara
Outward facing camera

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have CDL A license
Must have 1 year of flatbeddriving experience
Must have hazmat & tanker endorsements or be willing to obtain within 60 days of employment
No felony in the past 7 years
No alcohol related offense in the past 5 years
Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 40 miles of Goodyear, AZ
