Position: Production Associate – High-Volume Manufacturing
Location: South Fulton, GA
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM; Fridays as needed based on workload (overtime)
Pay: $16–$17 per hour
Job Type: Temp to Hire

Job Summary

We are hiring a Production Associate for a client in South Fulton, GA. This is a high-volume manufacturing and fabrication role supporting a department with significant weekly and monthly output demands.

Responsibilities

• Operate within a fast-paced production line to meet daily and weekly output goals

• Maintain consistent productivity and pace throughout each shift

• Show up reliably and support the team in keeping production moving

• Perform assigned manufacturing and fabrication tasks as directed

• Work occasional weekend shifts as needed to support production demands

Must Haves

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to stand, move, and perform repetitive tasks for a full shift

• Willingness to work occasional weekends when required

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Preferred Skills

• Previous manufacturing or production experience

• Previous experience in a fabrication or assembly environment
