In this role you will be responsible for developing long-term customer relationships and maximizing account penetration and customer retention by developing HVAC system related solutions. **What you will do:*** Support of assigned account managers and their customers with HVAC systems & equipment product selections, application, proposals and sales development.* Generate equipment estimates based upon construction plans & specifications.* Manage sales opportunity workflow for assigned customer Accounts / Account Managers in Salesforce CRM.* Prepare transition documents and communicate project readiness for assignment to operations team. **What you will bring:*** Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, business or equivalent from a four-year college or university preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.* Minimum one (1) year experience in Account Management, Mechanical Contracting/HVAC or Facilities Management fields preferred.* Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; we prioritize practical experience, relevant skills, and alignment with our leadership principles.* Working knowledge of HVAC systems preferred.* Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included, but not limited to: DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless / Carless Driving, or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.**Roční základní platové rozpětí nebo hodinové základní mzdové rozpětí:**$53,400.00 - $104,580.00**Typ odměny:**Mzda**Způsobilé pro incentivu:**No**Nárok na prodejní provizi:**Yes**Prohlášení o vyloučení odpovědnosti**Usilujeme o poskytování konkurenceschopného finančního ohodnocení na této pozici, které je přizpůsobeno různým faktorům.
