We're looking for a Security Supervisor who leads with professionalism, sound judgment, and a calm, guest-first approach. In this role, you'll help protect our guests, team members, and property while setting the tone for a security team that is visible, approachable, and dependable .

Position Overview

The Security Supervisor supports daily security operations across the resort, ensuring a safe and secure environment at all times. This role combines hands-on security work with team leadership, requiring strong decision-making, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional guest service.

Core Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily security operations across the resort property
• Hire, lead, coach, and schedule security team members; provide ongoing training and guidance
• Patrol resort grounds, buildings, and amenities to ensure safety and policy compliance
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Complete detailed incident reports and maintain an accurate security log
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary
• Assist in developing and enforcing safety procedures and protocols
• Monitor surveillance systems and investigate suspicious activity
• Ensure a visible, approachable security presence that enhances the guest experience

Requirements

• Previous experience in security or a related field (2-4+ years preferred)
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
• Must be able to pass a background check
• A valid driver's license with a clear driving record is required!
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to stay calm, professional, and decisive in high-pressure situations
• High level of integrity, reliability, and accountability
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to work all shifts (7am -3pm, 3pm -11 pm, & 11pm - 7 am)
