CINC Industries is experiencing tremendous growth and is actively recruiting qualified staff, including CNC Machinists. CINC Industries is located in Carson City, Nevada, and designs, manufactures, sells, and supports a series of centrifuges used in a variety of fields and applications, including chemical, pharmaceutical, industrial, flavors and fragrances, and many others.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

As a CNC Machinist with CINC Industries, your essential functions will include:

• Interpreting drawings, sketches, travelers, or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished parts, sequence of operations, and setup requirements
• Setting up and operating conventional, special purpose, computer numeral control (CNC) turning and machining centers to produce metallic and non-metallic machined components
• Building jigs, fixtures, and special tooling for conventional and non-conventional machine tools
• Calculating and setting controls to regular machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant, depth of cut, angle or cut, and enter commands to retrieve, input, or edit computerized machine control data
• Conferring with engineers, production personnel, programmers and others to resolve machining or assembly problems
• Verifying conformance of finished work piece to specifications using calibrated measuring devices
• Providing input to improve processes and create efficiencies

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Five years of machining experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Lifting up to 50 lbs
• Walking and standing in an environment of moderate sound will be required
• Reach with arms and hands

JOB TYPE:

Full-time, permanent

Monday-Thursday 6:00 am to 4:30 pm with available overtime
