Are you a motivated leader who is passionate about fitness, sales, and helping people improve their lives? We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Club Manager to lead our recently remodeled Grand Ave Anytime Fitness club in St. Paul, Minnesota.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing fitness brand and manage a beautiful, fully updated facility in an outstanding location. If you enjoy building relationships, leading a team, driving membership growth, and creating an exceptional member experience, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Club

Our Grand Ave St. Paul club has recently undergone a complete remodel and looks fantastic. With modern equipment, upgraded amenities, and a highly visible location, the club is positioned for continued growth and success. We're looking for a manager who can capitalize on this momentum and take the club to the next level.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales and revenue growth through lead generation, community outreach, and sales presentations
• Deliver an exceptional member experience and maintain a welcoming club environment
• Manage day-to-day club operations
• Recruit, train, and motivate staff and personal trainers
• Monitor club performance and key business metrics
• Develop relationships with local businesses and community organizations
• Handle member concerns professionally and promptly
• Ensure the club is clean, organized, and operating at the highest standards
• Support retention efforts and member engagement initiatives

Qualifications

• Previous sales, fitness, retail, hospitality, or management experience preferred
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and CRM software

$45,000-$55,000 base salary, bonus potential and health benefits
