Physical Therapist

PHYSICAL THERAPIST – FULL TIME – CRYSTAL HEIGHTS – DES MOINES, IA We are seeking a full‑time Physical Therapist to join our in‑house therapy staff at Crystal Heights. The role involves expanding therapy programming, including Abilities Care (cognition), ACP programs, Big and Loud, and wound care. You will have the freedom to create and implement additional programs to best meet patient needs. Responsibilities Develop and implement therapy programs across multiple modalities. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide high‑quality patient care. Lead and mentor fellow therapists, contributing to department leadership. Assist in training staff and residents in core competencies. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility policies. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist in Iowa. Open to PTs at all experience levels. Strong communication and collaborative skills. Commitment to ongoing professional development.
