Excellent communication and negotiation skills along with a customer service oriented approach will support you in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business and your career by building successful, long-term client relationshipsEssential Duties:Engage with all customer accounts in the assigned territory to:Manage/Maintain the existing customer baseIdentify upselling/cross selling opportunitiesPost sales supportResolve issues/conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely mannerBe the voice of the customerIdentify customer hurdles and work to mitigate themResponsible for selling new X-Ray service contractsWork with the Service management team to maintain Service contract renewalsFocus on maintaining and growth Medical Supplies sales within the assigned territorySell Ultrasound equipment, parts, and probesCoordinates to utilize service team members, manufacturer team members and sales executive to advance opportunities or address customer needsPrepares weekly reports on sales calls, territorial and market trends, competitive activity and special reports required by management.Implement company plans and policies in the management of the territory by maintaining compliance with corporate policies and philosophies.Maintains current account records by utilizing CRM and updating sales and contact information.Track all customer engagements in the CRMDemonstrates and promotes behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers.Complies with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.Perform other duties as assigned.Education/Experience:Required:High School DiplomaThree to five years account management experienceExperience and knowledge of the imaging industryExperience selling B2B imaging solutionsExperience working with department level & C-level customer management.Preferred:Bachelor's DegreePreferably selling to all sizes of healthcare facilitiesTravel:Estimated to be 50-60% depending on assigned territoryCompetencies:Excellent verbal and written English communication skillsAbility to work effectively with internal and external customersAbility to work independently and provide timely resultsProficient with MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM softwareStrong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasksUnderstanding of customer performance metricsBusiness acumen with problem-solving attitude
