National Medical Science Liaison

Overview BioTalent is delighted to partner with a fast‑growing, privately backed European pharmaceutical company that is expanding its specialty medicines portfolio across multiple EU markets. The company is seeking a national MSL to support the launch of an innovative therapy in critical care. Reporting to the country medical director, this newly created position will play a key role in the product launch. Responsibilities Establish and maintain relationships with relevant experts at a regional and national level. Map centres of excellence, key stakeholders and decision makers. Engage in high‑level scientific exchange of information and data. Gather and share medical insights from the field to support medical strategy and evidence generation. Build and maintain trusted scientific relationships with national and regional experts in relevant therapeutic areas. Qualifications Minimum of two years experience in a medical science liaison role. Prior experience with ICU, ECMO, COVID‑19, severe inflammatory conditions, or biologic therapies. Existing network of KOLs/HCPs within pulmonology, infectious diseases, or intensive care spaces.
