Quality Assurance Team Lead

Leading the Claims Quality Assurance team in a full-time remote capacity, the Quality Assurance Team Lead will manage a team of six to ten analysts, oversee the audit process, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while driving improvements in audit workflows. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day workflow of the Quality Assurance team, ensuring audit quotas are met with accuracy Own calibration sessions and maintain documentation to ensure audit judgments are consistent and defensible Design scalable audit processes and turn audit results into actionable insights for operational leadership Required Qualifications 4-6 years of experience in operational Quality Assurance or audit within a regulated industry, preferably insurance or fintech Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team Working knowledge of FCA regulation and Consumer Duty or equivalent in another regulated market Practical experience with audit sampling techniques and scorecard design Proficiency in BI tools for data reporting and storytelling Virtual Vocations Inc
