This role specializes in the operating room with a focus on robotic, ortho/neuro, oncology, bariatrics, vascular, trauma, and strong ortho procedures. Key Responsibilities of the RN - OR - Operating Room

• Provide comprehensive care in the operating room for various surgical specialties
• Conduct patient assessments and prepare for surgical procedures
• Ensure adherence to established protocols and maintain sterile techniques
• Collaborate effectively with the surgical team for optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide coverage as needed

Requirements of the RN - OR - Operating Room

• Active FL or compact RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred
• Two years of OR experience, including robotic and ortho/neuro surgeries
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Proficiency in Epic EMR system
• Degree accreditation or five years of relevant experience
