Senior Medical Director Clinical Development - Prostate Cancer

Bristol Myers Squibb's RayzeBio subsidiary seeks a Senior Medical Director to lead clinical development strategy for prostate cancer radiopharmaceutical assets. The role encompasses planning from IND through Phase 3 trials, managing clinical teams, and executing development programs while collaborating with research and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute clinical development strategies for prostate cancer assets across full development lifecycle
• Design and implement Phase 1-3 clinical trials, including protocol writing and regulatory document preparation
• Lead and mentor clinical teams; recruit and build prostate cancer-focused medical and scientific staff
• Interact with investigators, thought leaders, and regulatory authorities to advance development programs
• Oversee data monitoring committees and ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• MD or equivalent with oncology sub-specialty training and 10+ years pharma/biotech/academic experience
• Proven drug development experience in prostate cancer indications
• Clinical trial expertise spanning protocol design, regulatory submissions, and health authority interactions
• Leadership experience managing clinical and cross-functional teams in biotech settings
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience with NDA/MAA preparation and complex global regulatory interactions
• Radiopharmaceutical development experience preferred
