Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Salary: $125,000 - 125,000 per year Requirements:

• We bring 6+ years of experience building production web applications across the full stack, including meaningful time in a senior or staff-level role.
• We are highly proficient in TypeScript on both the client and server side.
• We have strong React experience, including hooks and modern development patterns, and are comfortable with a fast toolchain such as Vite.
• We have solid backend experience with Node.js and frameworks such as Fastify, Express, or NestJS, along with API design and architecture.
• We have deep PostgreSQL knowledge, strong data-modeling skills, and hands-on experience with an ORM such as Prisma and large-scale migrations.
• We understand multi-tenant data isolation, including row-level security and tenant-scoped access patterns.
• We make sound technical trade-offs, such as choosing between schema-per-tenant and row-level isolation, and evaluating build-versus-buy decisions.
• We are comfortable using Docker for local development.
• We communicate clearly and document our work effectively.

• We build features end to end, spanning PostgreSQL schema and Prisma models, Fastify APIs, and the React interface.
• We design and improve our multi-tenant data model and access controls, including row-level security and role-based permissions.
• We use Zod and strong typing to keep API contracts and runtime validation reliable.
• We take features into production on Google Cloud Run and handle observability and live debugging.
• We raise engineering quality by expanding automated test coverage with Vitest and Playwright and adding quality gates to CI/CD.
• We review pull requests, mentor teammates, and help shape technical direction as the team grows.
• We apply a modern approach to end-to-end testing.
• We work comfortably with AI-assisted development and contribute to building agents that improve team productivity.
