Position Details Job Title: Instructional Designer Location: Hybrid Vienna or Winchester or Pensacola Duration: 6++ months with high possibility of extensions No. of openings: 1 Schedule: Monday Friday, 40 hours/week Description Hybrid; HQ (Vienna), WOC (Winchester), or GPO (Pensacola) Minimum 1-5 Years Of Experience Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, Human Performance Improvement, or a related field. 1+ year of instructional design experience. Proficient with Articulate Rise and Storyline Experience conducting needs analyses and developing performance-based learning solutions. Demonstrated Experience Designing And Developing eLearning Virtual instructor-led training Job aids and performance support tools Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. Experience partnering with SMEs and business stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
