A well-regarded OneStream consultancy with a growing US practice is looking for a Planning Architect to take on their most complex enterprise engagements.

This is a senior technical role for someone who has moved beyond delivery execution and is now shaping how planning solutions are designed at an architectural level. You will set the design direction for complex planning engagements, working alongside finance leaders who expect both technical authority and sound commercial judgement. The consultancy is also seeing growing client interest in AI-driven planning, and this role carries real exposure to where that is heading.

What you will be doing:

• Define and own the architectural design of OneStream Planning solutions across budgeting, forecasting, scenario modelling, and workforce planning
• Establish solution patterns and design standards across metadata, business rules, Cube Views, dashboards, workflows, and reporting
• Translate complex, multi-dimensional finance requirements into scalable, well-governed OneStream architectures
• Act as the senior technical authority on planning engagements, guiding delivery teams and reviewing solution quality
• Lead architectural discussions and design workshops with senior finance and technology stakeholders
• Oversee ERP and data integration design within the OneStream planning environment
• Advise clients on AI and automation opportunities within their planning landscape
• Mentor and develop consultants, raising architectural capability across the practice

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of OneStream implementation experience with a clear planning specialism and architectural responsibility
• Deep expertise designing enterprise planning solutions within OneStream across multiple full-cycle implementations
• Strong FP&A grounding including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Recognised technical authority in client-facing environments, comfortable setting direction at a senior level
• OneStream xhyhwjd Architect certification is strongly preferred
• An interest in how AI and automation are shaping the future of enterprise planning
