We Are Seeking Qualified Applicants For The Position Senior Engineer, Structural Located Cameron Summary We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join our project team in Cameron, LA. This position is based out of our Calcasieu Pass LNG 2 (CP2) facility located in Cameron, Louisiana. This position will report to the Director of Engineering. General Description Duties & Responsibilities LDOT and ACOE regulatory interface Provides input to weekly site engineering report Provides input to weekly site engineering report Review surveyor deliverables and assist with fit up / interface misses at site Provides input to weekly site engineering report Provides input to weekly site engineering report Provide technical input to field RFI Co-ordinate with contractor and subcontractor for issue resolution. Qualifications Required experience 10-18 years' minimum relevant experience in refining and petrochemical industry, LNG Project, preferably with EPC experience and 7 ~ 10 years in lead position. Self directs work with limited supervision. Provides guidance, leadership and training to less experienced engineers. Work with project team as representative and coordinates work within discipline department. Adjusts to varying demands of work and manage changes. Skill in oral and written communication Works collaboratively across departments and involves others in solving problems. Initiates meetings within own team, other disciplines or internal customers for clarity on work. Serves as technical resource and point of contact for external or internal customers. Should have experience in managing and responding to the RFIs from owner’s construction team, vendors, EPC contractors. STAAD Pro, Risa, STAAD Foundation, Mat 3D Foundation.3D MathCAD Navisworks, Microstation, AutoCAD Preferred Experience EPC experience and 7 ~ 10 years in lead position. Required Education Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering Licensing & Certifications Licensed Professional Engineer with NCEES records Must maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card in good standing status.
