REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
Active TX RN License
Floating Area(s):
Med/Renal, Oncology, Med/Surg Tele, CVTS and Telemetry
Dress Code:
Scrub Color
RN: Navy-scrub top and pant, Navy
Nail Policy Clean and Healthy
Hair - hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed
Tattoos Body art should be covered whenever possible. Body art that is not feasible to cover on a daily basis will be addressed individually
Piercings Visible piercings other than ears, is prohibited
Unit Guidelines/Policies:
Floating Guidelines - Expected to work and float to other areas
Attendance Policies
Weekends and On call(if any)
4 weekend shifts in a schedule or 2 full weekends.
Night shift weekend night Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Day Shift weekend days- Saturday, Sunday
