Ready to take the driver's seat?
Huron Automotive is looking for a results-driven General Manager to lead our Green Bay operation and play a key role in shaping the future of our growing automotive service business.
This is more than a shop management position. We're looking for a business leader!
You'll have the opportunity to lead a talented team, drive profitability, improve operations, elevate the customer experience, and work directly with ownership to take the business to the next level.

THE OPPORTUNITY
As General Manager, you will have ownership over the day-to-day performance and long-term success of Huron Automotive. You'll be expected to lead from the front, understand what is happening throughout the shop, and turn opportunities into measurable results.

REQUIREMENTS
5–7+ years of experience in automotive service operations.
3+ years of management or supervisory experience.
Experience leading and developing automotive service teams.
Strong understanding of P&L, budgets, profitability, and financial performance.
Experience overseeing multi-location or multi-department operations is strongly preferred.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with automotive management software and Microsoft Office.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
