Front Desk Agent

We are looking for a Front Desk Agent who is passionate about hospitality, communicates with confidence and professionalism, and enjoys creating positive guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude while creating a positive and memorable first impression.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by responding to questions, requests, and concerns with urgency and empathy.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, payments, and guest information while maintaining attention to detail.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and guest-facing areas.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and brand standards at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

What you'll need

• No experience is required. Prior experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
• Must be able to operate basic office machines, i.e., copier, fax, printer, phones, etc.
• Organization and time management skills are a must
