Four K Health Care is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented EVV and Billing Clerk to support both office and field operations. This position will be responsible for maintaining accurate EVV records, assisting with billing activities, resolving documentation issues, and providing field support to ensure services are properly documented and reported.The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working independently, has strong communication skills, and can travel to client and caregiver locations when needed.ResponsibilitiesEVV & Billing DutiesReview and verify EVV records for accuracy and completeness.Monitor caregiver clock-in and clock-out information and resolve discrepancies.Review service records for missing or incorrect information.Enter and maintain client, caregiver, service, and billing information accurately.Prepare and process billing documentation and invoices.Track rejected, incomplete, or corrected billing records.Assist with billing reconciliation and routine reports.Communicate with caregivers and office staff regarding EVV and documentation issues.Maintain accurate and organized electronic and paper records.Protect confidential client and company information.Field DutiesTravel to client and caregiver locations as needed to provide operational support.Assist caregivers with EVV system use, including clock-in/clock-out procedures and resolving basic EVV issues.Conduct field visits to verify documentation and service information when required.Follow up with caregivers regarding missed visits, incorrect EVV entries, or missing documentation.Collect, review, and submit required paperwork and documentation from the field.Communicate field issues and service concerns to the appropriate office personnel.Maintain professional relationships with clients, caregivers, and other members of the care team.Complete field documentation and submit reports in a timely manner.Perform other field and administrative duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Previous experience in healthcare administration, billing, EVV, home care, personal care, or data entry preferred.Strong computer and data-entry skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to communicate professionally with clients, caregivers, and staff.Ability to work independently in both office and field settings.Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally for field assignments.Valid driver's license and current auto insurance, if required for field duties.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.Experience with Medicaid billing or EVV systems is a plus.Physical & Field RequirementsAbility to travel locally to client and caregiver locations.Ability to work in an office environment as well as independently in the field.Ability to use a smartphone, tablet, or computer for EVV and documentation purposes.Ability to occasionally carry or transport paperwork and basic office materials.What We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, professional, and detail-oriented, with the ability to balance administrative responsibilities with field support.
