Job Title : Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location : Lapwai, ID
Job Type : Contract
Shift : Day Shift | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Schedule : 5 days/week | 37.5 hours/week

Local Candidates Required: Yes
Traveler Candidates Required: Yes

Pay Rate - $30 - $35 (both travelers and locals)

Required Qualifications

• Active RBT credentials required.
• Experience providing 1:1 services preferred.
• Ability to work with children and young adults ranging from 3–21 years old.
• Must be able to work under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide individualized behavioral support.

Responsibilities

• Provide primarily 1:1 behavioral services to clients.
• Support individuals ranging in age from 3 to 21 years.
• Follow individualized treatment and behavioral support plans under BCBA supervision.
• Implement assigned behavioral interventions and strategies.
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment.
• Observe and document client behaviors and progress as required.
• Communicate effectively with the supervising BCBA and care team.
• Follow organizational policies, procedures, and applicable professional standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
