Lead Insurance Retention Agent (59098)

Job Details Job Location: Lincoln, RI 02865 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $29.50 - $37.50 per hour Job Shift: 1st Shift Job Category: Insurance Work schedule: Hybrid Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5pm. In office days required Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Responsibilities Perform regular duties of the Insurance Retention Agent, including placing outbound retention calls to existing and lapsed insureds, receiving incoming calls from at‑risk insureds, offering policy rewrites as new products are introduced, and continually improving the insurance retention rate while providing Five Diamond Service in every interaction. Provide supervision and monitoring of the team in executing outbound and inbound retention efforts for at‑risk customers, handling more complex retention issues, performing data analysis to identify at‑risk insureds, and assisting management with day‑to‑day activities of the department. Ensure delivery of Five Diamond Standards. Act as primary support for the Retention team, offering coaching, direction, and positive feedback. Help train and develop retention staff in partnership with the Retention Team Supervisor. Maintain Five Diamond Service standards by processing telephone calls efficiently, troubleshooting and resolving member problems, and acting as a knowledgeable Club representative by explaining AAA product benefits and directing calls to the appropriate line. Support the Retention team in achieving their targets and goals by providing direction and best practices to increase productivity and efficiency, setting an example for success as part of the team. Share knowledge of insurance carrier products, services, technology, and processes; follow and train on agency procedures for quoting, binding coverage, and processing member payments; collaborate with Quality Assurance and Underwriting to minimize error and omissions.
