Our Tag & Title Specialist will play a crucial role in processing car deals, verifying costs for the accounting department, including the costs of reconditioning and equipment add-ons, and handling the legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles. If you’re a self-sufficient and resilient person who enjoys working in a fast-paced, fun environment, then we’re looking for you. What You’ll Do: Process all vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled. Verify that funds have been collected and the correct lienholder paid off before processing title applications. Check for accuracy in the application and ensure that all information is complete. Prepare payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins. Pull reports from our TRAC system Process rejections What We’re Looking For: Knowledge of DMV Software / CDK What We Offer: $20 per hour and up based on experience Strong, creative problem-solving skills Ability to take initiative and think critically to identify improvement opportunities Ability to take ownership of the details – large and small Decision making that demonstrates good judgment and potential leadership development Clean motor vehicle record and criminal background record #J-18808-Ljbffr
