Key Responsibilities of the LPN / LVN

• Provide patient care in accordance with established standards and practices.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed by a physician.
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting using MatrixCare.
• Respond to patient needs and coordinate with nursing staff as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with the cancellation policy with a minimum of 2 hours notice.

Requirements of the LPN / LVN

• Current LPN/LVN license in North Dakota.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience in post acute care settings preferred.
