Full-Time Position Summary: We are seeking a

friendly, organized, and dependable Dental Front Desk Coordinator

to join our growing dental practice. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service while managing patient check-in and check-out, insurance verification, and supporting the overall patient experience. A positive attitude and the ability to travel between office locations as needed are essential. Key Responsibilities: Patient Check-In/Check-Out: Greet patients with a warm, welcoming attitude. Collect patient payments and post in account accurately. Schedule patients next visit with a goal of 100% reappoint rate. Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance coverage before appointments. Accurately enter and update insurance information in the system. Communicate insurance benefits and financial responsibilities to patients. Customer Service: Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally. Address patient questions and concerns with a caring and solutions-focused approach. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area. Qualifications: Bilingual preferred but not required High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous dental front office or medical office experience preferred. Knowledge of dental insurance verification is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail. Comfortable using dental management software. Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel if needed. A
