As part of our team, you will benefit from a supportive environment that values open communication and professional development.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed physical therapy evaluations to assess the condition and needs of your patients.Create and implement customized treatment plans aimed at achieving individual patient goals, while adapting these plans based on progress and feedback.Guide patients and their families on proper exercise techniques and daily activities to promote recovery and enhance mobility.Document patient progress meticulously, tracking changes in conditions, treatment protocols, and goals to ensure alignment with healthcare standards.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated and comprehensive care.Uphold infection control and safety protocols to maintain a secure environment for all patients and staff.Educate patients and family members on injury prevention strategies and self-care techniques to minimize the risk of future injuries.Maintain accurate and thorough records in compliance with state and federal regulations to facilitate effective patient tracking and management.Patient Population / Client FocusAs a Physical Therapist at Twin Mountain, you will work with a varied patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. Your role will involve tailoring rehabilitation programs to meet the distinct needs of each patient, promoting effective healing and functional recovery.QualificationsA Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.Current and valid physical therapy license in the state of California.A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a rehabilitation setting is essential.Preferred ExperienceExperience working with diverse populations and a variety of conditions, including orthopedic, neurological, and sports injuries.Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and patient tracking.Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care.Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
