We're partnering with a forward-thinking, technology-driven manufacturing organisation seeking an experienced Plant Controller to lead its financial operations, strengthen financial controls and support continued business growth.

This is a senior, hands-on position offering the opportunity to influence financial strategy, operational efficiency and business performance.

The Role

• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
• Drive manufacturing cost accounting, inventory controls and operational financial performance.
• Oversee ERP implementation and financial process improvements.
• Manage financial audits, compliance and internal controls.
• Partner with senior leadership to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Lead and develop the accounting function.

What We're Looking For

• 5–10+ years' accounting and financial management experience.
• Strong background in industrial or advanced manufacturing.
• Expertise in manufacturing cost accounting and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial controls.
• Public company accounting and PCAOB audit experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• CPA qualification highly desirable.
