OnTrac is hiring Seasonal Package Handlers in Dayton, NJ! If you’re eager to join a growing company where you can learn, work hard, and make an impact, we’d love to connect you with a recruiter. This is a seasonal, direct hire role earning up to $21.00/hour! There is also a $1,000 end of season bonus for all candidates who successfully complete the assignment!
WALK-IN HIRING EVENT!Date: Monday, October 26th through Friday, October 30th
Time: 9:30am-3:00pm

About the Role
As a Package Handler, you'll be a vital part of our warehouse team—helping ensure packages are unloaded, sorted, and loaded efficiently and safely. You'll work in a supportive environment that emphasizes safety, teamwork, and operational excellence, handling packages with care and precision.
Monday-Thursday, 4:00am-12:30pm
Friday-Sunday, 4:00am-12:30pm
Friday–Sunday, 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Hours may vary based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Prioritize safety by following all safety protocols and procedures
- Unload trailers and sort packages by ZIP code
- Load delivery trucks for outbound routes
- Assist with daily sort and warehouse clean-up tasks
- Use warehouse equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and crates to move packages weighing up to 75 lbs
Key Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move items averaging 50 lbs, with occasional lifts up to 75 lbs
- Reliable transportation and a commute distance of around 15 miles
- Basic English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures
- Prior warehouse experience preferred, with evidence of heavy lifting and fast-paced operations
- Valid work authorization and a willingness to undergo drug and criminal background screenings
