This is a fantastic opportunity to launch your career in land surveying, working alongside experienced professionals in the field. Responsibilities: Assist survey crew with field data collection, measurements, and boundary surveys Operate and maintain surveying equipment including total stations, GPS/GNSS instruments, and levels Set survey stakes, flagging, and markers accurately in the field Clear vegetation and obstacles to establish survey lines Record field notes and assist with documentation of survey data Transport and care for equipment to and from job sites Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment on all job sites Requirements: High school diploma or GED required No prior surveying experience required - on-the-job training provided Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and terrain Physically capable of walking long distances, lifting equipment, and standing for extended periods Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude Basic math skills and attention to detail About Us: Spot On Surveying, Inc. is a trusted land surveying company based in Buda, TX, proudly serving clients across the region with precision and professionalism.
