Bilingual Translator & Production Operator (Evening Shift)
Monday – Thursday | 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
Pay: $20/hr
Are you fluent in both English and Spanish and passionate about teamwork and communication? We’re looking for a Bilingual Translator & Production Operator who can help bridge communication between English- and Spanish-speaking team members in a fast-paced production environment.
What You’ll Do
- Translate written materials (training guides, safety rules, work instructions, and company policies) between English and Spanish.
- Support verbal communication between employees and supervisors during meetings, training, and daily production.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all translations.
- Ensure cultural understanding and clear communication across teams.
- Assist production operations when translation support is not required.
- Help during emergency or safety communications to ensure full understanding.
- Support HR during orientations and policy updates.
- Perform other tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (both written and spoken — required).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production setting .
- Basic math and problem-solving skills.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual tasks.
- Dependable, adaptable, and motivated to make a difference every day.
