• Experience: At least 2 years of current respiratory therapy experience in a hospital setting

What You'll Do:

• Provide advanced respiratory care services to patients in emergency, intensive, and general care units
• Administer respiratory therapies and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and maintain respiratory equipment and ventilators
• Conduct diagnostic testing and interpret results
• Educate patients and families on pulmonary and cardiopulmonary health
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives to improve patient outcomes

What You Need:

• Valid Michigan Respiratory Therapist license
• Minimum 2 years of current hospital-based RT experience
• Proficiency with respiratory equipment and invasive/non-invasive monitoring
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
