You will be responsible for delivering a world‑class experience, surpassing sales goals, and finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers). As a Core Staff Associate, you’ll help keep the store running smoothly with consistent schedules and responsibilities, providing reliable support for both our team and our fans. You will share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewellery, giving a voice to people’s loves. Foster loyal fans by authentically engaging and forming lasting connections beyond transactions. Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth and on‑brand operation. Deliver on KPIs, be fully cross‑trained across store functions, and mentor new team members — living our values to Dream, Care, Dare, and Deliver. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications Results‑oriented seller with at least 1 year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment. Strong care in written and verbal communication. Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels of the organization. At least 18 years old with ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work. Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds; timely arrival to work. Consistent schedule with an availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred. Hours typically up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week); dependability for peak hours or critical shifts including weekends. Compensation & Benefits Compensation: $14.60 – $18.25 per hour, commensurate with experience. Benefits including bonus potential, 401(k) plan, service credits, and product discounts.
