About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Product to spearhead the strategy, development, and growth of its digital streaming platform. The successful candidate will be tasked with defining and executing the product vision, driving user engagement, and ensuring the long-term success of the platform. This pivotal role involves leading the design and user experience to create a seamless and high-quality digital environment, as well as owning the full product lifecycle from ideation to continuous optimization. The Head of Product will also be responsible for building and mentoring a high-performing product organization, and must ensure that the platform experience aligns with the company's mission and audience expectations. Key responsibilities for the Head of Product include driving key performance metrics such as user acquisition, engagement, and retention, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to leverage data insights and user feedback for product enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with the ability to partner with executive leadership to communicate product vision and performance.
